About this course

Over the past few years, online selling has massively transformed business. Traditional retailers are increasingly moving their businesses online or suffering the consequences when others do. In the eCommerce course, you will be working as a member of the newly formed eCommerce team at an electronics retailer that is planning to start selling its products online. You will conduct an analysis of the commonalities and differences between the retailer's existing business and its new eBusiness, and identify what the business must do to launch and run its eCommerce site. Next, you will develop the business case for the retailer's eBusiness. Finally, you will build a prototype of an eCommerce website for the company.
